The Tax Preparer needs to ensure that every client receives top-quality service and that the tax returns are error-free. Attend and successfully complete the training to be certified by the IRS

2+ years of relevant child welfare experience, MSW or equivalent, bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent exp. Bilingual proficiency. Customer service & detail orientation is crucial. Strong communication skills

Some college experience preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish/Chinese. Detail-oriented and flexible
