Licensed Clinician

The Licensed Clinician provides clinical and operational oversight for Enhanced Care Management, Community Supports, Wellness Coaches, and Community Health Worker programs. This role ensures that all services are person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and compliant with DHCS, Medi-Cal, and Managed Care Plan standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC required).
• Active California clinical license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including at least 1 year in care management, population health, or community behavioral health.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
