Job Description
CIPE strengthens democracy through private enterprise and market-oriented reforms in the Indo-Pacific region. This Program Manager will lead comprehensive regional initiatives, coordinate partnerships, and focus on improving democratic governance, economic resilience, and institutional capacity. The role involves developing integrated strategies, ensuring financial oversight, and facilitating knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public policy, development studies, international relations, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in project management, private sector development, and/or advocacy and research.
- Experience working with business associations, NGOs, advocacy groups, or government or donor-funded projects.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
