Job Description
The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Case Manager to work with individuals mandated to engage in Alternative to Incarceration (ATI), Alternative to Detention (ATD), and Early Diversion programming. The Case Manager will provide comprehensive case management services, including crisis intervention, referrals, and individual and group sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 3-4 years of experience in a social service setting
- Experience working in a court or criminal justice setting
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
- Experience with drug/alcohol treatment, mental health services, co-occurring disorders, adolescent development, trauma-informed and strength-based approaches preferred
