Job Description
The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Clinical Specialist for the Uplift Program, focusing on providing evidence-based assessments, interventions, case management, family engagement, restorative practices, and clinical services to young men aged 16-24 with exposure to violence. The program aims to address the cycle of delinquency, reduce reliance on detention, and provide positive pro-social programming for at-risk youth.
Requirements
- Conduct outreach and recruitment of participants
- Complete intakes of participants and administer assessment tool
- Provide comprehensive, clinically informed case management services
- Perform individual counseling sessions
- Facilitate group sessions
- Conduct family engagement and wraparound services
- Submit court letters and participate in court hearings
