Job Description
Huckleberry Youth Programs (HYP) is a community-based organization serving youth aged 12-24 and their families in San Francisco and Marin counties. They provide a range of services, including health, mental health, education, and support for trauma survivors. HYP fosters youth and families through a holistic, integrated approach, aiming to advance personal growth and social equity. This new CEO role involves leading a team, managing budgets, and building relationships with stakeholders to ensure the organization’s continued success and impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10–15 years of leadership experience, including 5+ years as a CEO or C-suite executive.
- Bachelor’s degree required and advanced degrees in a related field (MSW, MFT, PsyD, or similar) preferred.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $8–12 million.
