Requirements
- 15+ years working on and leading creative assignments
- Background in art and design direction
- Excellent and persuasive communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading teams of designers, copywriters, art directors, developers, and UX designers
- Ability to nurture and develop talent
- Deep expertise in branding with extensive experience developing and extending brand identities and brand platforms
- Understanding of how brands merge with consumer and business experiences at all levels
- Working digital knowledge and experience
- Environmental experience a bonus
- Relevant design degree and strong portfolio a must
