Production Manager

We're looking for a natural leader and self-starter for the full-time Production Manager position in our Production Department! As the manager of the Production Department, you'll be overseeing and actively participating in the creation of our substrates, soils, and supplements.

Requirements

• Ability to wear a respirator mask
• Managerial experience
• Production or assembly experience
• Willingness to get dirty
• Basic computer competency (including Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication
