Partner Optimization Analyst

We're Centerfield, a digital marketing solutions company. We're looking for a Partner Optimization Analyst to drive profitability and performance across our affiliate partner network. The role involves managing partner pricing strategy, overseeing tech and platform operations, and building forecasts and performance models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to absorb information quickly and turn complex data into clear insights and next steps.
• Working knowledge of digital and affiliate marketing, including performance metrics such as EPC, CPL, CTR, CVR, and funnel analysis.
• Proven ability to build forecasting models, performance dashboards, and profitability analyses.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills with a proactive, systems-oriented mindset.
