Centerfield is seeking a Sales Trainer to develop, maintain, and implement call center training programs, including product knowledge updates, sales closing techniques, and systems training.

Requirements

• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs
• Administer training for designated customer groups
• Previous experience in call center sales environments
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Detail-oriented and proficient in follow-up and time management skills
• Prior call center leadership experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• 1-2 years of training experience in a related field or industry
