Job Description
CenterPlace Health seeks an Advance Practice Provider for our Pediatric clinic. The Advanced Practice Provider will function as a collaborative member of the health care team in the delivery of comprehensive health and health maintenance to patients in ambulatory settings. They will participate in quality improvement projects, peer review of medical records, and other related duties.
