Job Description
Centivo is seeking a Senior Claims Data Analyst to enhance the efficiency and scalability of their claims operation. This role involves driving insights through advanced analytics, developing reporting dashboards, and collaborating with various teams to improve process, operational, and customer satisfaction. The analyst will identify opportunities for improvement and own the analytics that empower operations and leadership.
Requirements
- Collaboration with claims and stop-loss operations teams.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from claims databases.
- Develop models and algorithms for identification of trends and inefficiencies.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Create and monitor metrics for operational efficiency.
- Present findings to leadership with clear narratives.
- Serve as a technical liaison between claims and data teams.
