Job Description
The Clinical Registered Nurse (CRN) II will be a leading member of the interdisciplinary team, implementing Centra's Professional Practice Model. This role focuses on creating and sustaining a safe patient environment, coordinating care processes, and contributing to a healthy work culture. The RN will prioritize quality and service, adhere to ethical standards, and participate in initiatives to improve unit performance.
