Job Description
This role is designed for a Professional Registered Nurse (RN) new graduate focused on patient care, working under Centra's Professional Practice Model. The RN is a leader, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and contributes to creating a safe and high-quality patient environment. The position emphasizes adherence to ANA ethics, Virginia Nurse Practice Act, and the development of a culture of quality and service.
Requirements

- Participates in initiatives resulting from nurse-sensitive quality indicators and/or unit-based quality metrics

- Identifies personal contributions to unit-based cascading goals
