Job Description
The Speech Language Pathologist I will evaluate and treat patients to maintain or restore their functional performance level, focusing on discharge planning. This role involves developing a plan of care, administering treatments, documenting patient care, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

- Evaluates and develops plan of care according to ASHA guidelines
- Administers speech-language pathology treatments appropriate to diagnosis
- Completes discharge planning according to ASHA guidelines
- Documents and charges for patient care services
- Protects patients, employees, and visitors
- Meets productivity standards
- Supervises Rehab Aides, other support staff, and students
