Family Medicine Physician - Northway Clinic
BE/BC license & MN license required. 10-12 call days/year may be offered. Potential OB practice inclusion is desired
Paramedic
Paramedic program completion & BLS/ACLS certification req. Pediatric ALS/PALS certification is also needed. Valid driver's license & NIMMS certification. 100, 200, or 700 certifications required
Registered Nurse | Telemetry
Bachelor's or Master's in nursing. Minnesota RN license required. AHA BLS and National Nurse Specialty certification preferred. Prior nursing experience is helpful
Family Medicine - NP or PA - Melrose, MN
CNP/PA license required. BLS card & DEA registration are necessary for candidacy. Experience in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or related field is preferred
General Surgery - NP or PA - St. Cloud, MN
Must be PA/NP certified with NCCPA certification, CPR certification required, and surgical experience preferred. Preferred candidate with advanced practice experience
Dental Hygienist
Accredited Dental Hygiene degree required. Associate degree preferred, 1-2 years experience as a Dental Hygienist, and current CPR certification
Dental Hygienist
Associate's degree required. Graduated Dental Hygiene school. Must have current CPR & state Lic., and basic clinical skills
Family Medicine Physician - Sauk Centre
10+ years experience as a family medicine physician. Must be able to provide ER & OB care, C/S available with back-up system
Speech Language Pathologist
Master's degree in Speech Pathology required. Must be a current temporary/approved SLP or licensed to practice. Residency in MN or temporary permit is needed
Physical Therapist
PT licensure is required. BLS and HHA card are needed. Recent/Pending exam for PT license
