Job Description
CentraCare is seeking a full-time Family Medicine (NP or PA) provider to join their team at the Melrose clinic. Requirements
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or hold a current Minnesota Physician Assistant Licensure
- Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number
