CCLS Staff Attorney - Family Law

CCLS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing free legal services to low-income individuals in rural California. They are seeking a Family Law Staff Attorney to join their team in Fresno, CA, to represent domestic violence survivors in legal proceedings involving restraining orders, custody, and support orders. CCLS operates in multiple counties, including Fresno, Kings, Mariposa, Merced, Tulare, Tuolumne, Madera, and San Luis Obispo.

Requirements

• Advise and represent survivors of domestic violence in related civil proceedings.
• Provide legal representation consistent with CCLS program priorities.
• Identify and analyze systemic issues.
• Co-Counsel with other legal staff and pro bono partners.
• Participate in community outreach events.
• Attend training as needed.
