Operations - Grain

This Operations role within CFS will be focused on the daily operation of grain facilities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellent customer service. The position involves receiving, weighing, grading, storing, drying, blending, and loading grain products while maintaining safety and adhering to company procedures. Employees may be required to work in various locations, including nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Federal grain inspection/weighing license or ability to obtain.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Basic mechanical experience.
• CDL with necessary endorsements (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Working in varied and potentially extreme environments.
