Job Description
The Project Specialist - Executive Office is a strategic partner to the CEO and Chief of Staff, coordinating, aligning, and accelerating progress across five key functional areas (CEO Office Team, Board of Managers, Enterprise Project Management, Process Improvement Initiatives, and Healthcare System Strategy). The role requires a self-starter with strong project management expertise and the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling executive communications. Collaboration with the Chief of Staff is vital, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and executive directives.
