Job Description
The Central Lincoln County YMCA is seeking a Facilities Director to support the work of the organization. The Facilities Director will collaborate with the CEO and Directors to promote healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development. The position will oversee facility maintenance, staff management, and program development.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in related field
- CPR and First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or equivalent in education/closely related work experience
