Requirements
- Perform various hands-on production duties
- Follow manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure quality and accuracy
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Conduct visual and quality checks
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
- Support other departments as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
