Develop and implement quality management systems, lead quality control team, manage quality control processes, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS)
• Lead the development and execution of quality strategies, policies, and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for continuous improvement
• Manage the quality control team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards into all aspects of the product life cycle
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
• Oversee the documentation and record-keeping process to track and report on quality metrics
• Implement and manage a robust training program to enhance the quality awareness and skills of the workforce
