Requirements
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS)
- Lead the development and execution of quality strategies, policies, and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for continuous improvement
- Manage the quality control team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards into all aspects of the product life cycle
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
- Oversee the documentation and record-keeping process to track and report on quality metrics
- Implement and manage a robust training program to enhance the quality awareness and skills of the workforce
