Electro-Mechanical Technician - Corydon, IA

East Penn is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems in machinery, equipment, and production lines.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, PLCs, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics
• Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to bend, twist, do extensive walking, lift up to 50 lbs, and have good hand-eye coordination
• Must have a valid state driver's license
