Take the next step with an exciting and growing company! As the Multihole operator, you will be responsible for the set up and operation of the Multihole Machine, continuously monitoring speed, coating level and wire surface quality.

Requirements

• Read work orders/bill of materials to determine product specifications.
• Use and maintain various types of equipment and machinery.
• Inspect products to ensure product excellence and quality using measuring tools (tape measure/micrometer/tensile test machine).
• Record and document production as well as all downtime.
• Ensure and observe all safety and housekeeping rules and guidelines, including carrying out daily safety inspections.
• Train new operators.
• Cut samples for quality control.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work in confined spaces.
• Read SDS’s to familiarized with chemicals used.
• Authorize to request the initiation of an internal corrective action.
• Place material on hold, if necessary, stop production when nonconforming wire is found.
• Complete all assigned training, including monthly health and safety sessions.
• Adjust machinery including changing dies, speed and temperature.
• Consistently string payoff; point weld, and grind material as applicable.
• Consistently set up by measuring wire diameter between each draw.
• Monitor wire quality.
• Work in various temperature environments.
• Work in a dusty environment.
• Maintain focus on safety quality and productivity.
