Requirements
- Technical and Managerial skills to act as a liaison between Centre and customer Executives
- Experience supporting and working with Executive level personnel
- Problem Management and resolution of issues in a timely manner
- Excellent troubleshooting and written/verbal communication skills
- Team player with outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to communicate and explain technology to non-technical individuals
- Strong IT documentation skills
