Global Senior Payroll Analyst

Centric Software seeks a Global Sr. Payroll Analyst to oversee payroll procedures, manage payroll data, and conduct audits and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, analytical skills, and experience in leading end-to-end payroll processes for multinational organizations.

Requirements

• Lead and oversee end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple regions
• Serve as System Administrator for ADP Workforce Now, UKG One View, and Workday
• Ensure precise, compliant, and punctual processing of payroll for both domestic and international operations
• Collaborate with third-party payroll providers and maintain close communication with them
• Uphold compliance with tax regulations and wage and hour labor laws
• Execute and oversee monthly payroll closing tasks
• Lead special projects related to payroll system updates, integrations, upgrades, or implementations
• Assist with internal control policies, procedures, and compliance standards related to the payroll process
• Delivering exceptional payroll support to all employees and cross-functional teams
• Identifying opportunities for process optimization and recommending scalable solutions
