The Land Acquisition Analyst assists with identifying new land acquisition opportunities, conducting research, and analyzing data to maximize profit. Key responsibilities include analyzing land prospects, extracting and analyzing data, and tracking critical date timelines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Earth, and GIS
- Self-motivated and organized
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to multi-task
