Job Description
The CEO Lawyer Law Firm is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented In-House General Counsel to join our legal team. This hybrid role will serve as the firm’s in-house counsel on employment practices, contract matters, and also contribute to revenue generation through the strategic handling of external employment law cases.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active license in at least one of the following states: GA, TN, NY, SC, and/or CA
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on employment law and contracts
- Proven track record of litigation success and/or client advisory in employment law matters
- Strong understanding of HR practices, regulatory compliance, and contract law
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate and manage client relationships
