Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- At least 2 years of experience in Tech recruitment will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems and social media platforms
- Excellent level of written and oral communication in English and Greek
- Computer Literacy, advanced use of MS Office Applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment
- Organizing/ Time Management skills
- Business acumen
- Very good negotiation skills
