Job Description
Cerebral and Resilience Lab are building a new mental health care standard by combining Resilience Lab’s Methodology with Cerebral’s clinical network. They are seeking Therapy Associates to deliver high-quality, professional, and evidence-based care through a structured training program. This is a W-2 hourly position with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or counseling
- Provisionally Licensed in New Jersey (LSW or LAC)
- Up-to-date CAQH profile and active NPI number
- 6+ months’ experience providing psychotherapy under supervision
- Skilled in diagnosing mental health disorders
- Comfortable collaborating with prescribers
- Knowledgeable in crisis response
- Empathetic and intuitive listening skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable
- Access to reliable computer and high-speed internet
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit preferred
