Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance operations, plan preventative maintenance, and prioritize repairs. A strong technical leader with a full proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems is required.
Requirements
- Engineering Diploma and/or license in electrical trade
- 7+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in food manufacturing on the electrical side
- 3 – 5 years experience in a leadership and/or similar role
- Strong problem solving and PLC programming
- Safety mindset with safe work methods and risk analysis in an industrial setting
