Field Collection Team Leader - Bali

This contract role involves managing and monitoring collection and recovery performance to ensure targets are met, providing reports, coaching to field collectors, and handling declining collectors. The leader will oversee team performance, manage consumer payments, and provide analysis of branch targets.

Requirements

• Minimal 3 years of experience in banking / leasing and or multifinance (having experience in the fintech industry is a plus)
• Minimum D3 degree
• Preference given to those with supervisory/coordination experience as Field Collector
• Have a motor vehicle and a minimum C SIM card (SIM A is preferred)
• Have good communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong leadership, honesty, loyalty, and ability to work with targets
• Can work hard and work well in a team
• Loves field work
• Good competencies, especially in field collection (collection recovery) for unsecured loans
• Can operate Microsoft Office
