Requirements

• Develops and implements legal procedures and policies
• Identifies and manages legal risks
• Provides legal guidance on contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation, employment law, intellectual property, and corporate governance
• Manages litigation issues and represents the company in legal proceedings
• Provides advise in structuring, negotiating, and handling corporate actions
• Stays up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
• Completes corporate secretarial responsibilities
• Works closely with compliance and internal audit team
