Job Description
This role involves overseeing all office management operations, including facility maintenance and ensuring a productive workspace. The supervisor will manage relocations, travel approvals, petty cash, and support the internal audit teams. Strong communication and leadership skills are needed.
Requirements
- Oversee office management within assigned scope (out-region offices)
- Identify and manage potential out-region office spaces
- Review lease agreements for out-region offices
- Manage travel requests and vendor relationships
- Supervise Office Boys and Security staff
- Manage petty cash and cash advances
- Support the Internal Audit team
