Support Representative

We're seeking a Support Representative to join our support team in the APAC region. In this role, you'll assist customers and clients via phone, email, and chat to help them complete their background checks efficiently. You'll also be responsible for manual fulfillment of background check products, managing sensitive information with care, and supporting continuous improvement across our processes and systems.
