Job Description
Cetehcs is seeking a Health Informatics Specialist (Subject Matter Expert) to lead advanced health information management and analytics initiatives within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing health information technology systems to support clinical care, research, and administrative processes. This involves advising leadership, ensuring data integrity, and providing training on informatics systems.
Requirements
- Lead the development, deployment, and optimization of electronic health record (EHR) and health information systems.
- Apply clinical expertise and informatics best practices to solve health care administrative and operational problems.
- Advise VA leadership on informatics strategy, including EHR integration and data analytics.
- Ensure the privacy, confidentiality, and security of patient information.
- Provide training and guidance on health information systems.
- Participate in clinical informatics research, performance improvement, and program evaluation.
