Job Description
Cetechs is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Health Plan Operations to provide advanced expertise in VA healthcare systems operations. This role will support VA Healthcare systems in both rural and metropolitan areas, managing organizational change, systems improvement, and achieving operational performance goals. The SME will also mentor and guide teams across the VA health system.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of executive leadership experience in VA healthcare systems, with rural and metropolitan experience.
- 8 years of focused operational experience at VA Medical Centers and/or VISN-level positions.
