Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Project Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Web3, DeFi, and Perpetual DEXs to join our CEDEX team. The role will lead marketing initiatives tailored to our innovative DeFi protocol, driving TVL growth, attracting investments, securing listings on Tier-1 exchanges, and fostering organic engagement across social networks.
Requirements
- 3+ years in project marketing within Web3, DeFi, or blockchain projects
- Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, perpetual futures mechanics, liquidity mining, yield farming, and the broader crypto ecosystem
- Expertise in creating and managing campaigns across the DeFi user lifecycle
- Proficiency with marketing automation/CRM platforms and Web3 tools
- Strong command of analytics tools to derive insights from on-chain and off-chain data
