Senior Tableau Developer

As a Tableau Developer, your role will be to design, construct, and enhance the organization's data visualization tools using Tableau software.

Requirements

• Dashboard & Report Development: Design and build interactive, user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports to present key performance indicators and insights.
• Tableau Data Modeling: Use Tableaus native features such as relationships, joins, unions, and blends to model and manage datasets effectively.
• Tableau Functionality: Demonstrate proficiency in using parameters, action filters, filter hierarchies, dynamic zone visibility, level of detail (LOD) expressions, and table calculations.
• Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate directly with executive management to understand and refine reporting needs, translating them into impactful visual analytics.
• Analytical Insight Delivery: Use Tableau as a true analytical tool to explore, analyze, and deliver insights from healthcare and operational data.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure dashboards are performant, accurate, and optimized for usability and quick load times.
• Publishing & Access Control: Deploy dashboards on Tableau Online or Tableau Server, and manage scheduling, versioning, and user permissions.
• Documentation & Maintenance: Maintain clear documentation of dashboard logic, data sources, business requirements, and visual standards.
