Requirements
- Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and expanding client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
- Serve as a strategic connector across business lines to deliver seamless cross-sell opportunities and deliver a Boutique client experience for both new and existing customers.
- Champion outstanding customer service by managing the client journey end-to-end, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions to client needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor for both colleagues and clients, leveraging deep expertise in banking best practices, CFBank's suite of solutions, and up-to-date compliance standards.
- Execute a comprehensive range of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan servicing, account openings/closings, and specialized transactions (IRAs, HSAs), utilizing digital tools and adhering to operational and compliance protocols.
- Support a culture of compliance and operational excellence by participating in audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Uphold the highest standards for data privacy and security, strictly following internal protocols to safeguard client information at all times.
