Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2–3 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience
- Strong working knowledge of UKG Pro Recruiting Gateway
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrated expertise with HRIS platforms; UKG Pro experience strongly preferred
