HRIS Analyst II

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 2–3 years of hands-on UKG Pro experience
• Strong working knowledge of UKG Pro Recruiting Gateway
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated expertise with HRIS platforms; UKG Pro experience strongly preferred
