Job Description
Child and Family Guidance Center (CFGC) is seeking a full-time bilingual Psychiatric Case Manager to provide administrative support to psychiatrists at their Northpoint Non-Public School in Northridge. The role involves providing psychiatric services, screening client phone calls, transcribing evaluations, and coordinating follow-up appointments.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- At least three years' experience as a secretary, one year of which should have been in the mental health field
- Knowledge of psychological/psychiatric terminology
- Ability to type 60-65 wpm
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to complete projects and reports in a timely manner
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
