Job Description
The Manager of Tax Accounting and Compliance prepares and reviews global tax provisions, tax compliance, and special projects. This role is crucial for supporting the Partner in Charge of Tax and requires a deep understanding of ASC 740 and tax law. The position offers significant visibility to the partner and involves working directly with clients on-site.
Requirements
- Assist in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual income tax provisions.
- Maintain knowledge of tax accounting theory and tax compliance rules.
- Prepare stand-alone and consolidated tax return work-paper support.
- Prepare tax return work-paper support using tax return software (GoSystems/OneSource).
- Work directly with clients on-site.
- Establish relationships with internal and external tax personnel.
