Job Description
Risk Advisory Directors are project leaders responsible for navigating SOX regulations, delivering internal controls for projects, and coaching and developing clients. They work with various public and soon-to-be public companies, focusing on new IPOs, mid-to-large cap companies, and Fortune 1000s. The role involves project delivery, client engagement, and technical advisory.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct, client service/client facing experience in commercial audit, risk advisory, or technical accounting
- 6+ years at a Big Four or a large national firm
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or similar field
- CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional virtual and in-person executive presence
- Entrepreneurial, ethical, and dependable
- Understanding of client service pressures
- Adaptability to unpredictable hours
