Job Description
As a Senior Manager in CFGI's Managed Services practice, you'll lead client engagements, design scalable solutions, and drive impactful outcomes to transform clients' finance operations into strategic assets.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting – Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8 plus years of experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance
- CPA, MBA, CFA are a strong plus but not required
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting standards and internal controls
- Experience with month-end and year-end close processes and general accounting operations
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage cross-functional teams effectively
- Proficiency in finance technologies and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Client-focused with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver strategic value
