The Child and Family Services Residential Program offers a supportive environment for up to 46 children across three specialized programs. Focused on healing and growth, our dedicated staff provides treatment in small-group settings, helping children and families overcome obstacles and address traumatic experiences that have impacted their ability to live at home.
Requirements
- Model appropriate behavior and conflict resolution skills
- Teach and coach residents in activities of daily living skills
- Maintain positive working relationships with program staff and others within agency
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills during interactions with internal and external customers
- Support and communicate with supervisor and co-workers in a courteous and cooperative manner
- Follow pre-established treatment plans
- Implement appropriate infection control procedures
- Utilize appropriate techniques of behavior management and crisis interventions
- Complete required paperwork and reports in a timely manner
- Complies with all agency policies and procedures
