Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical PM/Product Owner type role
• Experience within the banking and/or financial services industry
• Strong business analyst experience working for Data/Database teams
• Scrum Master Experience & Capabilities
• Strong understanding of Safe Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Strong familiarity running and organizing all scrum ceremonies
• Fully hands on experience of ADO, managing/monitor backlogs, delivery boards and ART’s
• Experience to write SQL queries to pull information from databases and work with Schemas
• Experience in developing data dictionaries, data mapping and data migration
• Experience interviewing client executives to gather and document business requirements
• Leading numerous projects which required multiple technical disciplines
• Well versed in Reviewing & Analyzing the Business Requirement Document (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Preparing Traceability Matrix, Defect Metrics and Test Reports
