Job Description
Chaffin Luhana LLP is seeking a Litigation Counsel to handle mass tort and product liability cases within their complex MDL litigation. This role involves working directly with clients, litigating cases, and managing a large volume of case-specific discovery. The firm emphasizes results driven and innovative growth, offering mentorship and the opportunity to build a strong case-specific litigation strategy from day one.
Requirements
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in any state in the U.S.
- 3+ years of litigation experience preferred, but all motivated candidates will be considered
- Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Familiarity with federal filings
- Ability to manage complex legal matters independently and as part of a team
