The Personal Injury Paralegal will be responsible for supporting clients, the legal team, and senior paralegals throughout the client journey.
Requirements
- Relevant Legal Experience: 1-2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on handling cases involving auto accidents, medical malpractice, premises liability, and workers' compensation required.

- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional analytical skills for evaluating case details, identifying key issues, and contributing to case strategies.

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, efficiently managing case files, including organizing and maintaining documents, deadlines, and schedules.

- Legal Software: Familiarity with legal software and case management systems (e.g., Salesforce Litify).
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrated comfort with technology.
- Medical Knowledge: Understanding of medical records and terminology, with the ability to summarize and interpret medical documents with minimal supervision.
